Needs WORK
I actually don’t write reviews ever, but this app is so bad It needed one. This is without a doubt the worst banking app I have ever used. The mobile deposit camera feature is HORRIBLE and works maybe 30% of the time in one go, the other 70% you are basically fighting with the app saying your amount entered is incorrect or your lighting isn’t right. Your transactions with titles go them go away and then it just says like “debit transaction” all of the time so you don’t know what it is and or if it could be a scam. I’m over it, please get the kinks in this app sorted out.

App won’t even start!
For the first few months the app would open successfully half the time. Now I am completely unable to access accounts.
Terrible
This app never works when I need it. It has more “outages” than any other app I have ever used. Seriously Premier, do better for your members. Not being able to access my money when I need it is frustrating.

DiisLIKE fact that new Transactions Detail screen does NOT report distribution of current loan payments by Principal and INTEREST amounts applied.
This data is really needed at tax filing time and for us GEEKS that need to know.

Very difficult!
This app has so many quirks that u can’t list them. Need to start over and design an app that is user friendly and that works.
Difficult to open.
This app often gives me an error message and will not allow me to open my accounts. Often the only way to reset is to completely shut down my phone, and restart. This developer needs to take a serious look and correct the issues this app has. Definitely could be much more user friendly.
iPhone 12 doesn’t work
I just switched phones to iPhone 12 and can’t login to my account any longer. I get past userid and password but then I get a submit validation code but never receive a code. I need this to work, please fix soon!
Very inconsistent
I enjoyed being able to use my mobile phone to access online banking through the website. This app is not reliable at all. Sometimes I’m able to get in but most of the time I get errors. If you build an app make sure the developers do it right.

The app never opens for me. It always pops up with a message that it has timed out. Works great if I could just get into it
Difficult all the time
It always takes me more than twice to try and login even on WiFi.
