app doesn’t work anymore
it tells me to give access to my bluetooth accessibility in settings but it has to request it first and it just doesn’t i got in about 3 months with my led bulb before the app stopped working and it’s so sad cause now all it is is a bulb that never burns out
Does not notify me of movement
This was easy to set up easy to connect to the Internet. I love that it’s a full color camera, but it’s pretty much useless for security if it doesn’t notify me when movement has been detected it sends a notification inside the app, but no banner or tone on my phone. I had used this camera in my home in the past and it worked flawlessly but now that I’ve set it up again it is not giving the audible notification. I’ve made sure all the proper boxes are checked the settings for the app within my phone the settings within the app and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No notifications from the camera
Earlier on iOS 17 it used to send out notifications when it had motion but now after iOS 18, there is no notification. I have notifications enabled but still nothing. I reinstalled the app but still the same issue. Developer, please fix this and send the update.

The camera was working great all of a sudden I’m not getting notifications all of them are turned on but I’m still not getting them . My app and phone is updated how can I fix this?
No notifications
None of the motion notifications or alerts notifications are working whatsoever, I even tried to reinstall app
Notifications stopped
App worked fine for a long time but out of the blue it stopped notifying me when cameras would alert. Tried everything even contacted support for help and never got any feedback. App seriously needs to be updated. Crashes constantly.
Data jackers
Complete garbage. This is the only FREE APP, that will not let me download until they have my credit card info. Someone needs to answer as to why my credit card and banking info are so important to the developer when I don’t have any intent on using the paid services. I’ll be sending this product back

When I click the icon for this app, it take me directly back to my home page.
Very good
Very good app and camera set up for a not too bad price. My only complaint is it does not show up in the settings for notifications. I believe you’re supposed to be able to have it alert you when there’s motion, but that feature doesn’t seem to be accessible.
Pain to set up
Cool idea but won’t connect until I contact my Wi-Fi company and get help resetting my router? Seriously…. Smart is the last word I’d use for this. So for now I have an extremely bright white light that cost me $20…. I work 10-12 hour days, too tired to spend extra time on this cr*p. Just like cameras I bought that constantly disconnect and taking an excruciatingly long time to reconnect and now just sit there collecting dust. I’ll be returning this tomorrow.

Poor quality service
This app is only concerned with tracking your location. Correct wi-fi and password, located right next to the router, light is blinking, tried 8 times and nothing. But guess what? Continually tracking my location. I will return the item to the store
