App freezes and mobile deposit fails

On an updated iPhone 10 the app will freeze. It is therefore not possible to reinstall. Mobile scanning technology works 80 % of the time. It fails attempting to read even some printed checks. If you depend on mobile access for these features choose another bank. Tech support is no help.
