Love the app. Very smooth and personalized for my interests and there are always fresh items every time I come on.
Absolute Garbage
Items added to my cart vanish when I try to checkout. Other items that are listed as being in stock have error messages pop up saying that they can’t be purchased online. Customer Service is clearly automated, because my concise overview of the issues I was experiencing was met with stock responses and a link to an item I clearly told them could not be ordered. After not responding for several hours, they suddenly marked my ticket as “solved”. Utterly worthless app with inexcusably bad customer service.

Doesn’t let me checkout
Literally every single time I try to check out with a book, it removes it from my cart and thus renders me unable to make the purchase. Trash app, find a better company
