Particularly enjoy Peggy Kelly’s classes! Due to some physical exercise restrictions, Peggy’s classes are approved by my Dr! Peggy has added low impacts moves choreographed to her music! A fun class!

Aquatic Swim Rules
I am very glad that the policy about swimming in the aquatic pool when there’s a class going on, has loosened a bit. I have not entered the pool when there’s a class going on.
My swim time in the warm smaller pool is the only way I can get exercise at the age of 84. I have been a member of Premier since 2002, and I wish to remain so indefinitely.

She is a wonderful instructor . She keeps the heart pumping and she makes it fun! Who could ask for anything more!
