Not supporting Engage
It’s hard to state how poorly the Engaged integration is done. Acres will go months without correcting critical issues, it is assumed that they no longer support Schlage Control no tour locks, they just haven’t announced it yet.
Editing existing FOB
Editing existing fobs is too difficult. You can no longer just click on a fob number and edit. You have to continually click until it opens.
