Love It!!!
I really enjoy using the Premom app because it makes tracking my cycle and ovulation simple and easy to understand. I especially like being able to keep all of my fertility information in one place and follow my fertile window. Overall, it has been a very helpful tool while trying to conceive.

Not functional
Been using this app for a while and it has worked great. However the last few days it isn’t working and keeps giving me errors, even after deleting and redownloading. Will update review once it is working properly

User friendly and easy to use. However it’s hard to document ectopic pregnancies.

Can’t delete you BBT entry
Despite what the internet says, this app would not let me delete an incorrect BBT entry. There was no possibility of swiping left on entry to delete. Had to delete the app instead. Hope they fix this oversight.
Helped Significantly
This app and its community taught me a lot about my cycle and pregnancy. I was able to successfully conceive, carry, and deliver my first baby with help from this app in terms of tracking ovulation and support from the very active and compassionate community. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a postpartum section. Right now, the app swaps between trying to conceive and tracking pregnancy, so it feels like there’s no place for me now while I’m in this postpartum period.

Cannot correct or remove wrong BBT
Unless you’re using this strictly to log your easy@home LH strips, don’t waste your time. It’s rudimentary at best. Premom seemed interesting until I realized my BBT tracker was faulty, which was making my ovulation day appear late. However the app does not allow you to remove incorrect readings from the log so I cannot actually tell when I ovulated because it is predicting based entirely on BBT and not on the highest LH levels I entered using the easy@home strips. Basically, this is a really rudimentary app and algorithm otherwise it would catch abnomalies or at least let you flag and remove them. Instead if you flag something it just moves your ovulation window to the next highest BBT day, which is silly if you also entered an LH test. I would not bother with this app unless you need it to read the strips you’re using to track LH. It’s generally clunky and difficult to transition between days if you’re entering multiple info points. Stick with Clue or Tempdrop apps if aren’t using the strips mentioned. That’s all I will bother using this for.

The Premom app is probably one of the best apps I’ve used in a long time to track my cycle the tests are easy to take and easy to read the information provided it always accurate, this app has helped me and my partner through this infertility journey more than we would like to admit almost 1 year into using the app and we still haven’t got our rainbow baby but we are hoping and praying for it to happen soon with the help from Premom🤞🏻

I LOVE this app! I was having a hard time getting pregnant, I used this app and it helped me twice! Unfortunately we had a miscarriage both times. I love that they send you stuff and I’m so grateful for that. I’ve used it for months! But then it said I want a premium member. My subscription was supposed to end in November and it’s August it was saying that I never had a subscription? It’s really upsetting that I had to pay for a subscription subscription twice. Overall I tell everyone about this app!

Great app but new update horrible
Used this app for almost half a year. It is brilliant for tracking, easy to navigate and so helpful with my irregular cycle. HOWEVER -1 star bc this month there’s been an update which has made looking at line progression on the LH test page SO DIFFICULT. There was no need to update it as it worked perfectly before!! and now you can only see 4-5 tests on the screen compared to previously. It’s also become glitchy Same for the BBT update. A simple chart was the best, please don’t make this harder than it needs to be for us TTC!!

Ignores support tickets & breaks core Apple Health BBT import
Do not rely on Premom for cycle tracking. Out of nowhere, the app completely stopped importing BBT data from Apple Health, despite still syncing every other metric without issue.
I did all the legwork: exhaustively troubleshooted settings, gathered
screenshots, and sent detailed emails to their support team. After putting on a front like they wanted to assist, support dropped the ball entirely. Zero follow-up, no ticket updates, and no resolution. When you are tracking ovulation, daily temperature timing is everything. An app that fails at basic health data integration and offers zero real customer support isn't worth keeping on your phone.

I’ve had this app for quit some time started TTC a few years back and was told to test for ovulation before trying another route to conceive I was tracking ovulation last year and gave up this time around I’ve been very consistent with it and with the app keeping track letting me know when I am in my fertile winds I’m happy with it
