Oops indeed and Bills not included
I wanted to find a copy of my bills for my taxes; it was impossible. Also it went into a loop of images that never stopped plus the Home Screen and other screens say oops. It looks all centered around getting you to reserve a scan. It really needs an upgrade.

Big downgrade in UI
The app was always really great, intuitive, and easy on the eye. Since the 4.0 update it is decidedly mid. Very plain Jane and not as easy to navigate. This is also bad for your marketing. I used to love pulling out the app to show interested folks how the results show up, now I don’t bc the app is a little hard to see the results and looks ho-hum.

Always having issues logging into the app. I have to use the web page . For a company that’s inventing so much in expanding and growing you’d think this would be a priority
Don’t trust their report
I’ve had multiple scans inform me I have an aberrant right subclavian artery and Prenuvo missed this. Made me wonder what else they missed after giving me such a quick report.
Login is dumpy
The login process is terrible with this app. I bc am not login to access my data or even support because the app erroneously mails my cel phone number is not valid and will not accept my confirmation that it’s my phone number. Having used EZRA and Prenuvo recommend Ezra so you can actually login.
Fix your Auth0 Login Please
Prenuvo is great, their web app is excellent. Something is broken with your Auth0 set up and has been since you implemented it. Continual loop that session is expired, I login, app boots me back out and then the login page won’t reload. As much as we pay for these scans, you need to be taking account security seriously. The fact your app login doesn’t work makes me wonder who you have building your apps and how are you keeping my phi data safe. Auth0 is really simple to implement, if your mobile team can’t do this, I’m concerned. iPhone 15 pro iOS version 18.3.1

Auth is broken
Several months later and still can’t log into the app. A 4 digit passcode was added to the flow but it’s not fixing the issue.

App is horrible!
App has not worked once! Had to check my results on the website and that took numerous logins to get to work. Even setting my appointment was a massive struggle based on the website. I’m shocked at how bad the app and online experience is for this company.
Exceptional App
The app has been able to provide me the ease of showing my results to my doctors. It is very easy to review the results and see all the information provided by the Radiologist. Highly recommend this app to anyone who has gone through a Prenuvo scan!

Can’t log in
Every time I try to log in, it sends me to the log in online, then sends me back to the app, and immediately tells me my session has expired. Over and over.
Won’t let me sign in
You’d think paying thousands of dollars a year for a scan would get you access to a functional and feature rich app. You’d be wrong.

Ipad version?
Only opens small phone size on iPad. Better to use actual website than this app to view things.
Access Code Off
You can turn the Access Code off. Haven't used the app much, but seems to be working smoothly.

Keeps asking for 4 digit passcode, then says session expired login again - 4 digit passcode - session expired - over and over and over
Scans closes app
When I login and see home screen as soon as I click scans it closes the app.
