Soooooooooo much wasted time and will now need to find a new app and will have to redo everything I’ve done
Messed Up A Good Thing
Several years ago, I used this app seriously and it was great. I moved and did not keep using it for a couple of years. Now I’m ready to straighten out / add to my inventory. The app is all but useless. It will not scan anything. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I will have to find a new app and start from scratch 😡.

Awesome then worst
I bought the upgraded version many years ago. This year I got serious about prepping. This app was AMAZING! I loved every feature. I only used it to inventory my pantry; however, the features also created shopping lists and excel spreadsheets. This past weekend the app went down. I emailed the app creator...no response. The app will no longer load. All my work is GONE! No way to export it to a new app. In fact, none of the new apps does what this app does. I have purchased about five comparable apps and ended up asking for a refund for each. I am so sad right now. The app does not work, so do not purchase it!

Out of love for app
This is an awesome app, but the only reason I’m giving it five stars is in hopes of resurrecting it. I pray the owner is well and can give us an update, please.
Really disappointed!
The perfect app, if it worked! I cannot sync it to my other devices and the support site won’t load and emails don’t get returned. Waste of money!
Has never worked
Was so excited to use. Gives cannot connect with server error message after every scan. Basic and Upgraded version are useless. How do I get my money back?
Didn’t work after I paid!!
This WAS the best pantry tracker app out there, it was built with detailed sophistication and had great features ... BUT after upgrading to pro and loading a huge amount of data the app refused to open, it crashed every time!! 😡 The developers email was returned as “not found“ and I now see that the app hasn’t been updated for years. I can’t understand why it’s still available in the App Store. Had to request a refund from Apple. Feel very let down by the amount of time I wasted inputting my data and I’m now on the hunt for a replacement. ☹️

Love it!
Fantastic app that tick all the boxes for me.
Having moved to a remote location, I shop rarely and keep fairly large quantities of groceries. This app really helps to keep my pantry and bulk storage controlled and makes it really easy to know what items need topping up.
I’ve yet to come across a barcode that is recognised in Australia (that will be exciting if I do), but it takes only a few seconds to assign the item name and then it’s available next time it’s scanned.
I haven’t synced my iPad and iPhone but simply send my shopping list to myself and it’s available wherever I am.
I also have lots of yarn and don’t know exactly what I have anymore, creating a yarn inventory will be so good!

Reviews are right
There has not been ability to scan in light or paid version. There is no response from support for iPad or iPhone. Idea looks good but app does not work. Every scan says server not connected
Poor software. Waste of money donot buy it
I bought it few days ago. It didn’t work properly and I requested my refund back. But nobody replying to email. Donot buy this app.
No longer works
This app hasn’t been updated in 2 years and now it no longer works. I have the upgraded version but now it doesn’t sync with the server and the developers don’t respond to help messages anymore so it’s pretty much useless. Save your $.

Cannot connect to server error
Have used for a couple of years. Recently purchased a new phone & now app is useless! Cannot connect to server & absolutely no response to multiple emails. There is No support! Only app I’ve ever purchased & appears they only want the $!
If you got a time machine, get it; otherwise save your money

Product no longer works
I’ve been with this program from near its introduction. I even made suggestions for feature improvements and helped test them in beta.
Now (1st half of 2018) the support is gone.
As another reviewer stated, I can no longer have auto item lookup, and I cannot sync and share with my wife. I can’t even sync between my own two devices.
The failures suggest that the server is dead, and so is any tech support.
Look elsewhere for an app, and save $8.00

Won’t work, won’t email back
The app can’t scan in items, it won’t connect to the database. And support is ignoring emails. Seems like they took my money and ran.
Nothing scans with barcode reader
I had previously bought the upgraded version and now it says “Cannot connect to server” when I scan a barcode. This use to be a great app for my pantry, especially with everything you could do with it (location, scan barcode, expiry dates). Now it’s useless unless you want to do all manually. No thanks.

Do not buy this. Support is nonexistent
I don’t know why I didn’t read the poor reviews. It does not scan UPC codes or allow you to sync with other devices. Both generate errors. I sent in multiple support tickets which have been ignored.
Conceptually, its a good idea. Unfortunately the app developer seems content with taking your money without providing support.
