Not transparent. You cannot see your consumption and it never works. You have to contact support and they have to help you do everything you need to do on the app which defeats the purpose of its existence. Do not use this app

Kindly add meter auto recharge feature
It is inconvenient to be manually keying the token whenever we want to recharge.
Also, the token doesn’t appear after you recharge. You have to check email for it. Not user friendly
