just another useless app

you make millions from people and still can’t invest in an app that shows charges in real time or even the ability to pay bills in the app. Your statements are difficult to read and one really needs some time on their hands to understand the charges.

You already know there’s a lot of fraud involved in this business so if you just made an app that shows the charges like any normal company does, we’d be able to tell the real charges apart from fraud. Sending real time notifications for those charges would help people know if their device was used illegally - just like bank or CC charge alerts. It’s not that difficult.

I see why there are so many people that remove or change their license plates when going through tolls. You don’t have a problem taking our hard earned money but you don’t invest in building an app that’s user friendly. Even your mobile site is so bad that I have to get on a computer to pay my bill or look at statements.

Nothing about your company or services is outstanding; you ought to be ashamed of your business model.

Overcharging

They don’t send you any statements by email, so they can charge you the late fee if you forget to pay.

Incompetent sales team. Get Drivewize instead

Sales rep completely forgot to get back to me until a few days later I reached back to their sales dept twice and was running out of time, waiting for the truck to arrive to the base. I asked them to expedite it, and that I would even pay for it, to which 3 separate departments assurred me they will. By the end of the work day I got an email that they shipped it UPS ground, and it would arrive in a week

useless app

There should be an option to see billing in real time as we go through tolls. You already have an app I don’t understand why you can’t integrate billing into that. The other day I was reading an article about transponder theft so if you had updates available in the app in real time or even at the end of the day, people would know right away if someone used their transponder. This would avoid so many headaches for drivers, owner operators, companies, and even the provider i.e. you, Prepass.

If you’re too tight to put money into a real app, charge all the users a one time five dollar fee to pay for an app that is actually useful. While I go to the toll booths, I’m not keeping track of which tollbooth I’m going through or how many miles I’ve traveled through. If I started taking a note of all those details, I’d be distracted while driving and putting myself and a lot of other people’s lives in danger.

I already have a transponder, so I don’t need an app that acts as a transponder. I need an app that lets me see billing in real time.

Great idea but needs improvement

I like having the ability for the app to display weigh station notifications to my garmin but... I'm already past the prepass readers by the time the app says I'm approaching a scale.
The app needs to have the initial notification at least 1-2 miles before the scale.

I don't know how long this app has been available but other notifications like parking/ rest areas are hit but mostly miss.
I haven't gotten any of the notifications besides scales and some parking/ rest areas.

I don't know if it's just iphones, but the app will not save my login which can be a pain.

Definitely needs work but I really like the idea.

Worthless

Crashes when hitting a weigh station and logs you out if you close the app. Not very safe if you have to log in while you're driving since it constantly logs you out of the app.

It’s a nice app but, it crashes a lot when I get close to scales. Kinda of annoying. & yes I do have the latest update

Saves time with 18 wheeling

App is great. Got app to use in Mississippi for Weigh Stations without prepass. Works great at both southern MS sites! I like bypasses, would recommend

Sweet saves lot of time

Awesome, well worth the money, and customer service is great! It works great it saves me a lot of time in the scale house get a lot of green lights not many red lights... I love it

Works Great

When I first got it I never got the bypass even though my company has a great safety record. Then suddenly I get the bypass almost every time. Yay! I must admit I feel just a little guilty as I drive on pass an open scale or inspection station while watching everyone else pull in.

Great app! Love it!

I love this app. Works great and no box needed on the windshield. Haven't stopped to weigh in over a month, I'm not even an O/O but its still worth it.

Works like it's supposed to.

I run coast to coast and at least 90% of the scales I bypass. I'm almost at the end of the free trial I will be using this even after. Thanks for the great help

Great time saver

The trail is over and it worked great. Now that I have a paid subscription, will see how it works now. Hopefully will be the same as the trail. The people you talk to are very professional and friendly.

So far so good

I get bypassed about 90% of the time at scales and 100% of the time at agriculture stations. Easy to use app and in my opinion 100% worth it. Love it. Can't wait for you guys to add more scales. Thank you
