Scam

I was told that my updated payment method was set to autopay and I would have no issues in the future by customer service. Wrong! My account was turned off and my device deactivated and I suffered a ticket because of it. 👎‼️ scammers in collaboration with the scale houses

Scammy AppStore shows that this 100% useless app has the 4.8 out of 5 stars rating, with only 4 reviews. But in fact it has only 4! GOOD reviews, other 90% of reviews are 1-star. So the real rating must be shown around 1.2 ⭐️ out of 5⭐️.
Worthless, useless, stupid app, doesn’t help at all..
I think it’s just collecting personal information, with the view of doing something helpful

Gets better with every update

Let’s me know to pull in or keep rolling. Works with the latest Garmin navigation units. Let’s me know up ahead truck parking & rest areas. I use it all over America. Another tool in my bag to be more efficient.

Not Usable

My vehicles don’t show up in the app so it’s useless. While PrePass Tech Support has been helpful, they have not been able to resolve the issue. Last I heard they sent out a request to the engineers but it’s been a couple of weeks and haven’t heard anything back.

worthless app

you make millions from people and still can’t invest in an app that shows charges in real time or even the ability to pay bills in the app. Your statements are difficult to read and one really needs some time on their hands to understand the charges.

You already know there’s a lot of fraud involved in this business so if you just made an app that shows the charges like any normal company does, we’d be able to tell the real charges apart from fraud. Sending real time notifications for those charges would help people know if their device was used illegally - just like bank or CC charge alerts. It’s not that difficult.

I see why there are so many people that remove or change their license plates when going through tolls. You don’t have a problem taking our hard earned money but you don’t invest in building an app that’s user friendly. Even your mobile site is so bad that I have to get on a computer to pay my bill or look at statements.

Nothing about your company or services is outstanding; you ought to be ashamed of your business model.

Tells me to follow the directions the transponder gives every single time. Never a green light. Waste of time to log in

All it tells me is to follow the decision on my transponder. Which we all do anyways. It’s a pretty useless app the way it is right now and I don’t recommend to even bother calling pre pass to sign up for it.

Great app, but…

This is a great app, but it just keeps launching on its own. I keep closing it, yet it’ll just open itself up randomly. It works really well. Sometimes it notifies of POIs a little late though.
