This is a scam. If you pay for premium content, you will not be able to access it.
If you search on google, you will find multiple other people saying the same thing. They do not respond to email snd there is no phone number provided. Stay away, they will steal your money.

Horrible Service
Can’t even login into my paid account. What’s the point of having an app on the app store and it doesn’t work or allow you to login. Poor service, do better!!!!!!
Disappointed. BROKEN APP
App is useless. CANT EVEN LOGIN. Paid for the 6 month subscription on my computer which came with ios app access… well the app has serious bugs and won’t allow me to login. The sign-in button doesn’t work after I input my login info — stays frozen on the login page…
I knew it was gonna be bad when I saw the app has 2 stars and its last update was 3 years ago. Will probably need to contact credit card company to request chargeback because I’m paying for “app access” but the app doesn’t even work.
