You have to pay for everything
the app is cool, it's awesome, but they don't let you try even once to save everything absolutely
Credit system sucks
You end up using credits without even realizing it. Credits should only be deducted after you have decided to download or keep a picture. Their AI features are not as good as they advertise it to be. That’s why i used up credits in just 3 photos. Because i clicked on a filter, didnt like how it changed my whole face to a different one so i clicked on another and suddenly i have to wait 3 days to try again even though i was on their supposed to be on a free trial system. I cancelled it to quickly. There are no real perks on this app. Do not give them your money.

Are you for real? Almost $320 a year for a photo editor? These subscriptions are out of control.

Tried the “free trial” didn’t like it, cancelled it within a hour of downloading it and still charged me a subscription fee

Very deceptive!
The app claims to give you a year subscription for $17.99. Turns out you get 20 credits which I promptly used within about 15 minutes. That’s not a year subscription, that’s a joke.
Great photos slow video editing
The photos were lovely. The editing software works great for photos. For videos only the photo editing part works. To edit and cut video. It skips every two seconds.
Scam
You can’t use most of the filters or effects unless you pay! You also can’t save/download/screenshot any of the images you edit without paying!
Pricing is off.
@$24 a month it’s more than OpenAI so I wonder the market. Not able to try without committing as well. This is not thought through enough. Platform is provably good but who knows for another “just $6 a week”
Terrible App
Very hard to cancel once started, I did the three day free trial and was charged $33 CAN, do not trust will update when I figure out how to cancel

tell me why i downloaded it and tried the 3-day free trial and as soon as it went through, IT CHARGED ME $21 FOR THE FREE TRIAL?? I even looked at all their plans and subscriptions and did not see a $20 plan. I am SOOOOO MAD!!!!! CANCELLED AND IF I COULD LEAVE -0 STARS I WOULD, I can’t even get my $20 back. I’m so irritated and done and I want my money back!!!!!!

I loved this app for years
I REALLY regret updating this app. What is this coin system? Just to even preview if a filter is worth the time, you have to spend coins. I wish you could filter out the AI effects altogether so they’re not even an option. This is incredibly disappointing. I absolutely loved this app, I’m so disappointed in the developers for this change

So bad!
The app doesn’t work. Keeps freezing. Even after subscribing you still have to pay for certain filters

Team, I highly recommend giving users a bit more “surprise and delight” before the onslaught of subscription walls.
I can’t tell if you’re just trying to stack subscriptions that people forget about (morally questionable), or if your CRO team has been allowed to run wild at every single button press.
I stopped counting at 8 different paywalls, within 2 minutes of joining and editing 1 photo. Completely unusable. Try putting the customer first, at least for a little while 😁
