Tracing does not work

When my child is tracing numbers, letters and shapes it will work for the first one but then it won’t let him trace anymore or the letters,numbers or shapes don’t even show up after he finishes the first one. Maybe it’s a glitch in the app? I just paid for the full version in hopes that the problem would be fixed but we are still having the same issue.

No full version

I paid for the full version and got to use it for a couple days then magically it doesn’t allow me to keep the full version. Lock out of the full product I paid for now can’t really ready anyone. Not very happy feels like a waste of money for a couple days of the full version then cut off...

Great variety for 5 y/o

Kept my 5y/o thoroughly entertained on a flight. Lots of different games to keep them engaged learning letters, shapes, and numbers!

Doesn’t work

The free version worked wonderfully and my daughter loved it. Paid for the full version and all it does is give me a black screen. Nothing like dealing with a two year old when her game doesn’t work! I want my money back.

Needs update

Great app but my child can not trace any lower case letter, they won’t come up. Bad glitch

Issue within app

My 3yo loves this game, but today there was an issue when she would finish tracing a letter/playing a game. It doesn’t allow her to move on to the next letter/game - very frustrating for her to deal with. Please fix. I’m giving it 3 stars bc I paid for the app and 2 days later it starts to have issues...

I'm so sorry that you're experiencing difficulties with the app. We've just tested the tracing games but they seemed to be working alright (and there were not any recent changes, so if it worked when you purchased it, it should still be the same). My 3 yr. loves this and I love that's she's learning in a playful manner, so she doesn't get bored quickly.

Never works

This would be a cute app if it would ever work correctly. However, every time we have tried to use it, the app locks up and will not go to the next screen. My kids would probably love this app if it would work more than a minute or two.I wish the glitches could be worked out because it could be a useful app.

App only opens for a second and then screen goes dark

Some reason the loading screen only flashes for a moment and then my iPad screen goes dark as long as the app is open. Deleting and reinstalling, turning the iPad off and on, none of these things seems to help. Everything is up-to-date on my end

Do not purchase this app!!!!!

I just purchased this app and when I open it the screen goes black. I want a refund, but don't know how that works. Save yourself the money and hassle!

My son has learned a lot

This is is awesome little app easy for kids to have fun learning my son loves this game an has learned a lot some games are harder then there are easy ones an the choices you get for the price is pretty cool as well money spent wisely wish they had games an toys sold in stores I would purchase
