Response from developer

Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify, the USD 30 unlock is a one-time lifetime purchase, not a monthly subscription which is much cheaper.

Loved it, not anymore

Whenever I’m feeling nostalgic, I play this game, yes I’m almost 16 years old but I have a lot of memories with this game. Or at least, the old version. Whoever suggested to make Abby the Monkey terrifyingly more animated and completely ruin childhoods, needs to be fired ASAP :) and I’m sure you’ll probably just did it for a change, but that was the monkey that carried childhoods. The only thing that was keeping me calm while I was in the hospital with type 1 diabetes at the ripe age of 3, was that monkey. Up until the big change, I still used the app as a coping mechanism, don’t judge me. But PLEASE tell me why you had to change the monkey, I’m saddd.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for sharing this with us. We were truly touched reading your message, and we are so sorry to hear how upsetting this has felt. We did want to reassure you that we have not actually changed Abby’s design or animations. We have always tried to keep our characters as familiar and consistent as possible, especially because we know that sense of comfort and routine can mean a lot. If Abby seems a little different now, it may be because newer devices have much sharper screens and smoother refresh rates than older ones, which can make animations look a bit more vivid or noticeable. But the monkey herself is still the same Abby you remember. Thank you again for taking the time to write to us and share your experience with us.
