Awful App
I’ve used Prescriber’s Letter for close to 20 years for my pharmacology CE’s. I love the info and writing, but the app version is atrocious. It keeps popping up to request my log in, even though I’m logged in. It takes forever to go to the next article. If they expect providers to keep paying for use of this app, they will need to overhaul it completely. I’m going to look into using it on my computer instead.

Good info, terrible app
I really enjoy the information available from Prescriber’s Letter, but the app is a nightmare to navigate. An annual subscription isn’t cheap—there’s no excuse for an app that constantly logs you out, asks you to enter your credentials and then stops you from continuing because you’ve already entered your credentials previously, makes you click through multiple screens to claim CME. I won’t be renewing my subscription this year. It’s just not worth the hassle.

Absolutely garbage app.
So disappointing
I wasn’t very hopeful with the 1-star average for this app, but it was still surprising to see how truly awful this app is. It shouldn’t even be available for download until it gets a major overhaul. Please, TRC, revisit this app so we can read and do CME on the go!

Really, really bad app. A long time ago, it worked well. But when they changed the app (maybe 2yrs ago ?) it has NEVER been right. Logging in every single time is ridiculous but then it just stays stuck on the login screen. If you’re lucky enough to get past that it will get stuck on another screen. So it’s really a waste of time to have it on your phone.

Terrible update
I have used Prescriber’s Letter for years because I could download and use it with or without internet or phone access. Appears this is no longer the case. Now nearly useless to me. If not improved likely will not renew and find my education and cme elsewhere. They want me to call and they will walk me through how to use it. My issue is that now I have to enable wifi or cellular to even use it, difficult to navigate, no longer tap and go but tap and wait. Will likely be allowing it to expire and not renew.

Wow this is bad
Have to sign in EVERY time, it gets stuck on the sign in page, I have to accept cookies multiple times, hard to find past issues, navigating through the articles and quizzes is like navigating through a bad click-bait article, no confirmation email anymore when I complete a quiz (and yes, I submitted the course evaluation), the problems go on and on. We pay money for this?!? It REALLY needs improvement. The content of the articles is still fantastic! The one star rating is purely for the horrible app functionality.

Bait and switch!
I have a lifetime subscription. I have used and valued this resource for years. Now I want my money back. This new format is so bad.
No app just a link to the website
So disappointed. The previous PR letter app was so great. Why did you change something great to something so bad.
Cannot login
Ever since they changed their app, I have been unable to sign in on the iPhone app and iPad app. I have reset my password thinking that was the problem but no it is not. I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it several times. I can sign in with the same username and password on the webpage but I keep getting an error message that my password and or login ID is incorrect. By reading the reviews, this has been going on for months and they haven’t made an effort to fix this. If they can’t fix it soon, I won’t renew my subscription.

Used to Be the Best!
I used them for years! They were the best! Now the app does not work correctly and they have NO support! They really need help on fixing their app! I sure hope they can get it fixed soon!!
Very poor app
I have had Prescrber’s Letter for years and it has been a great app. Recently it changed. At first it was just difficult to navigate but now it won’t even open. I have reinstalled it but it crashes every time. It needs some serious work.

Why does the app not work anymore? Even when it did work, it could’ve been more user friendly. Now it just doesn’t even open! Might not purchase again next year, if this continues!
Disappointed
Love PL content, and would love to access via the app, but it’s has begun crashing each time I get on. Even after deleting and reloading. Has a lot of potential but needs to be fixed
Poor designed app and unstable
Prescribers Letter used to be a wonderful app. Now it is anything but. If they don’t fix it I will be asking for a refund. The subscription is not cheap either so you would hope you would get what you pay for. Not with this app. Very disappointed.
