Cannot set up
I can't even set up a password for my account, it keeps on saying invalid token.
Why
This app is incredibly frustrating to use. It glitches constantly and won’t load. It’s one of the worst apps I’ve had the misfortune of having to use

I hope there’s a better way to track data of the students. Calling this app bad would be an understatement.
Needs significant work
This app is extremely frustrating to use—the UI is highly unintuitive and it frequently malfunctions.
There should be a way to assign a subject, such as ELA or Math, to an entire group at once, rather than requiring it to be set for each student individually. When tutoring in a specific class, all students within that group will be working on the same subject every day.
It would also be much more efficient to mark students present with a single action, instead of having to navigate into each individual student’s page, then waiting for it to load every time. This is especially problematic given how long it takes everything to load on this app.
I hope this app is still in development, as there are a number of functionality issues that, if improved, would allow tutors to spend more time focusing on their students. Thanks!

BS APP
The app takes forever to load and UI needs some work.
App needs work
In my opinion, the app is great however there are room for improvement. In particular I think the attendance experience should be simpler. Everytime we take attendance we are asked questions about grade level, etc. My suggestion to developers is to allow this info to be input somewhere in like a default to where the Lead Tutor puts it in and the data is saved. This change would make life easier because then from there we just can mark if the student is present.

Poorly designed, buggy, and premature
App is a nightmare. Very poor UI that isn’t logical or intuitive. We must use this for work to input daily student data. It takes 2-3x as long to add attendance/assessment scores than it did when we used spreadsheets.
I understand the app is in development, but it’s clear from the app design/functionality that tutors were NOT adequately consulted or considered for design & utility. The app is simply not ready or efficient enough for rollout in the field, and makes our jobs more complicated and difficult.
Some key notes for free.99:
- needs function to add multiple assessments for a single student
- student list doesn’t sort alphabetically
- Session functionality is clunky and confusing. Unclear what the buttons do until you click them.
- Focus standards should be a dropdown instead of a free form text box (y’all not scared of typos??)
