A great motivation app
Love the PRESET app! I loved the fact that the videos were short and straight to the point on the issues/themes posed in the title. These videos provide useful scenarios for dealing with workplace conflict if it ever arises, being a better leader who strategizes clearly and presents clear ideas and also, being able to inspire and motivate others when it calls for it, relaying the knowledge learnt on the videos.
I recommend this app for all entrepeneurs - budding and established; business leaders in corporate and non-profits.

They’re reading off a script
The concept is great and I enjoy some of the videos but it’s really distracting when you can see their eyes moving left to right reading off a script. Need to get an actual teleprompter or something so it’s not obvious.

The past few years have been a challenging, I changed jobs, moved to a new city, had 2 kids and dealt with COVID.
Needless to say, my anxiety and stress has become unmanageable at times.
I tried meditation apps, but would just fall asleep while listening and I could never figure out how to apply the “insights” to my life.
Preset has been a life changer! I have no excuse to miss a 90 second tip and each time I learn something I can immediately use. My kids and husband even look forward to what I will improve each week.
