Not working

I purchased the “lifetime” special for $19.99 & after tax it came to $22.39 & I do not have access to all the presets like it said I would. I have tried to email about my concern but the email doesn’t even send? What’s going on Lighty? Help me out!

Hi developer I have seen your response Re download the app I tried everything add it to somewhere I’ve free putting a heart then going on my favourites I’ve tried looking it up on YouTube and I came up with nada I still stand by what I said don’t waste your time it’s not a good app it doesn’t explain anything it just goes straight to asking you to buy it I don’t no where all these good reviews came from sorry but thumbs down from a real person

Hello! We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding of the functionality. When you click the 'Open' button on the selected preset, you see a pop-up window that automatically transfers the preset to another application. In the list of apps, you need to select Lightroom. On the Lightroom side: 1. Open the exported preset in the Lightroom 2. Click on the “...” button 3. “Copy setting” and select needed settings 4. Then open your photo and click on the “...” button 5. “Paste settings”. If you still have questions, please contact us and we will help you: lighty@laroapps.com
