Great potential
Love the app. Keeps it simple but very informative, it would be great if there were either more information about the candidates and the election itself, or maybe links to wiki pages for extra info, but wonderful app, quite helpful.
No choice in format
I want to look at a list of election years that shows candidates with info. Find it frustrating to have to move a dot on a line and look at each year one at a time then do an extra step to get details.
Just what I was looking for
As a US history nerd, I find such apps invaluable, and this one is a cut or two above others I’ve bought. I appreciate the photographs and other graphics very much. Good work, everyone!
I have some very minor suggestions for an update, if there is one: – Include the category “DC" for recent elections (e.g., 6 states and D.C.), – Add Henry Wallace for 1948. – Perhaps add a note about faithless electors. – Perhaps add a short, concise sentence about “odd” election results such as 1824 and 1876. – This may not be practical, but is there a way to graphically indicate the status of Maine before 1820 without attaching too much attention to it? Perhaps not.
