Loyalty Perks Error in Checkout
The app is nice to look at the menu, order ahead if you are paying full price and don’t want to make any substitutions.
But the cons outweigh the app usefulness.
-Loyalty points constantly glitch and “can’t be redeemed at this time” or “no offers are available” even though I have more than enough points to redeem for a half off coupon - which leads to …
-The half off coupons are basically useless in the app. Everytime I try to use it the coupon tries to attach to one of the ingredients in the waffle instead of the full waffle - I.e. - Cristo…powdered sugar - coupon tries to go below this but there’s not cost for the PS so it just shows a $0.00 discount - instead of discounting the waffle itself.
-You have no ability to take things off or substitute items on the menu waffles. I usually get an Elvis with no bananas and I add Nutella. I have no ability to do this on the app.
I feel like the app - and actually the website as well, since they are basically the same - could use some improvements to make it benefit customers more.

Best. Waffles. Ever.
I recently moved back to Dallas and make it a point to have these waffles at least once a week! I love that I can order on this app and go pick up my food without waiting in the crazy lines. Awesome food, awesome service, awesome app!
