Clunky
The app is very glitchy. The terms of use come up multiple times. Randomly logs you out. Takes a long time to load and open. I'm not sure if I need to add my pets or the office will.
App doesn’t work
I’m trying to add my pet and it won’t go through when I hit save, it just freezes up, same for when I’m trying to request an appointment
