Great credit union
I joined Prestige CCU 4-5 years ago to refinance my car and I have not had trouble since then. They’ve helped with deciding on my first loan - they didn’t advise me to get a high loan but just enough so I can take care of what I needed, which shows a lot! Their online support is fast and efficient. I have not had fraud attempts (thankfully) and they immediately let you know if something is being attempted. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a small bank they can trust.

New app
The new app sucks it’s lay out design is horrible. Before I never had problems logging in to the app now I do!
New App Is Pointless
I have reached out to them feedback wise multiple times now - The original app was outdated visually sure but who cares it worked - The new app is all over the place and SLOW half the time I cannot even log in. I genuinely dont understand how a purely cosmetic app update caused this many issues. There are not even any new features! Please figure it out or I am pretty much done with Prestige.

this improvement is unnecessary and way too much going on each screen I'm overwhelmed and overstimulated if its not broke dont fix it yall ruined the app experience and waaaay too much to get verified go back to the original app yall always doing to much cant even leave a proper review it doesnt take to punctuation yall are annoying for doing too much its glitchy and because I left a bad review it won’t update this bank is a joke I cant wait to be done with yall
