Wow this is amazing!
I really love how useful this is when shopping. Really gets me to see what’s actually inside the various options I see in store. It’s crazy helpful to follow my nutrition plan that my trainer sent me.

Great for those new to nutrition
Honestly didn’t expect to use this as much as I do. I’ve seen IG reels about increasing protein intake, and I don’t really know how to read the labels, also very shy to block the aisle trying to figure it out. Highly recommend Presto for people trying to figure out what’s actually good to buy.
