Every time I try to make an account i go through the process, then it stops working when I get to “What’s the biggest challenge you face when glowing up” and it pause and does nothing. I have tried to make an account 10 times already and it still won’t work

Theres literally nothing on the app its self, It talks about skincare and makeup products nothing else. Go on TikTok and find useful info. Horrible app

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I spent 9.99 for a week, first of all that’s ridiculous not even a month? A week? I deleted the app immediately, it didn’t even accept it initially and then I found I was charged I said I might as well. That has to be the worst deal I’ve ever done. It doesn’t even work, after me saying let me see my results it remains on a page for hours that doesn’t even load. Absolutely ridiculous. I want a refund of my money right now and this is truly the worst paid app experience ever. I understand if the server or app is down but then refund me money? What the actual hell.

Always repeats intro , can’t skip it. never shows makeover photo. Sticks at 97 percent. Too bad, good concept.

It got stuck and won’t go through after doing it 2x and paying $30 per year.
Disappointed
I really had faith in this app, thinking I could finally learn, but it disappointed me quite a bit. The options are practically for people who already wear makeup. In my case, I wanted to discover what kind of makeup would suit me. I've never worn makeup in my life, so I don't know anything about it, and it gives you specific makeup brand options. Not everyone can afford those kinds of brands; not everyone is a millionaire. And not only that, but I was even more disappointed by the fact that I have to pay for it. I was quite disappointed and didn't like it.

Don’t waste your money. Glitchy, expensive, and doesn’t even provide tutorials or any helpful information. Just makes you pay to upload a selfie and ai does your makeup but doesn’t show you how to do it yourself. Fn stupid.

I downloaded the app after seeing it get hyped up on social media and i entered all my information/face and it showed me that i have to pay :/ this is similar to another review but i just agree that it should give a free trial or let you preview the app first.

Signed up for $2.99 /wk. Charged me for an entire year. Tried to cancel but they have my money. Not even worth $3. Makeup stays the same no matter which look you choose. Just awful.

made me pay a years worth of subscription fees, only to scan 3 pictures and get told it’s “expensive” so i have to wait a week!? i’ll be disputing the charge. the ai photos were all terrible and ugly, terrible advice as well. i’m a deep winter and it kept telling me to wear brown and orange (which i look awful in), while avoiding blues and pinks (which is literally my entire color palette). not only that but they recommended the same products for every look. the tutorials weren’t great either. would give 0 stars if i could. tbh i was optimistic but quickly disappointed.

This app has helped me so much..I love it. My confidence has skyrocketed since I’ve used this app, I love how it helps me find the perfect products/makeup for my face, the app is easy to use, honestly I’m so happy I finally found an app that helps with makeup tutorials and a whole lot of other stuff!!
