Can’t log on
I can’t log into my app. Never got an email to tell me I signed up. Try to start a new account in hopes that will help. Doesn’t because my numbers already used. Very annoying and I go there enough I’d like to rack up points towards rewards.
Just Crashes
I downloaded the newest version and it will let you log in and as soon as it asks if you want the app to track you it shuts off. I think this a ploy so they don’t give you a free pretzel on 4/26.

PROBLEMATIC
This App & my local store are horrible. Can’t place a mobile order. Tried delivery & pick up, app won’t take my CC not my Apple Card or my Amex. After several tries my visa charges, but then gives an error message the store doesn’t take mobile orders to come inside. Once inside, the store doesn’t honor deals. The app always has trouble loading offers. Which doesn’t really matter, my local store NEVER knows there is any & doesn't give them. Just a COMPLETE WASTE of time, energy, & gas. All are too expensive to waste. Meanwhile, it’s still holding funds for an order I never got.

This app needs a serious update. I’ve logged in, reloaded, looked for updates, etc. I still can’t get my rewards to open which is frustrating. It is stuck on the screen that notifies that rewards isn’t available at all locations. I clicked the button saying to not pop up again, but there was no way to submit it. It looked seriously zoomed in or something along those lines. I couldn’t zoom out or scroll. 🤷🏻♀️

Total CRAP!
This app crashes every time you try to open it. I even spoke with employees at the store and they don’t understand why it isn’t getting fixed. Stop promoting this app if it won’t work!

I was able to initially login to set up my account. I get notification and when I check to see what it is, the app just crashes. I’ve deleted it and installed it again, still the same outcome. You’d think that after many reviews of how it just crashes they would fix it. 🤷🏻♀️
