I paid for the yearly subscription for this app in September and now it is not working and I can’t use the app. It would not let me log in so I deleted the app to reinstall it and not it’s saying a year is $20 and it won’t let me log in unless I pay that, but I’ve already paid for my subscription at $10. It it not right for it to change only 3 months into my subscription. I don’t like companies who are sneaky like this. It should be anyone already in their subscription keeps theirs and has to renew at the new price at the renewal time, not 3 months into their purchase!! I want this app to be fixed so I can use it according to the terms I paid for, or refund me for my purchase since I can’t log in to use it.

No funciona
Compré el paquete completo, PLNR no funciona. Tiene problemas de conexión con mis cuentas de Instagram. No da soporte técnico.

Disappointed
I’m very disappointed that I did all of this planning and when I select what I would like to post, it only post the first image on IG. What’s the point?
Reels don’t show up
I really liked this app and found it very useful. However, I don’t see any of my reels appear on the feed. Is there any way you could fix this? The app is no longer useful if I can’t see my whole feed.
Horrible, useless, no technical support
I paid for the yearly subscription and whenever I try to enter text under an image for a post, it takes me to the subscription page. I click on it and it tells me I’m already subscribed but still won’t let me proceed with any of the functions aside from importing pictures. It doesn’t recognize when you post a video or reel so you never get the true look of your page unless you only post photos. Perhaps the functionality issues could be fixed if someone would bother to answer my emails for support.

Not working for Reels or Lives
I like this app but ever since I started doing lives or reels they are showing up in the grid which is messing up my planning and making it all really confusing and annoying. Is there any way to fix this?!
Sound on videos
I just got the app so take what I say with a grain of salt. I don’t think there is sound when you plan a video…

I really like being able to create posts and see what everything would look like. I just wish that it would post to Instagram for you so that step is eliminated.
