Don’t scroll in a book to fast our the app will hard crash, reset the IPad, and not open again. Garbage app that can’t even be used.
The easiest way to scan docs
Scanning on iOS used to require way too many steps. Editing pdf used to require 3rd party. Anyone saying this is useless doesn’t understand the most basic things.
Extremely buggy
This app is so awful. iPad should be the perfect device to view PDFs and annotate and it is just unusable. Get it together
Low functionality
Wouldn’t it be nice if bookmarks could be created and renamed? Wouldn’t it be nice to have the basic editing of the Mac app? How about being able to even access bookmarks on the iPad? Wouldn’t it be good if underlining matched when you open the file in either versions? Sometimes, my documents are 500 pages long! Do better Apple. Stop only caring about the look of your hardware and do something good for the low functionality software already!

I have iPad m2 and app keep crashing and everything got unsaved in my PDF
Rotten Apple Application
It should be really integrated with other Apple Store applications. It should be at least consistent. But not. It turns the pages leaving comments in original direction. Apple should pay more attention to the quality of their products and less to their ’great’ stupid causes.

Fix Rearranging PDF Files
Absolutely horrible. Why is it so hard to rearrange PDF files now? When I try to drag an image to a different place, the other images start zooming in and out, preventing me from putting the damn image where it needs to be. And, sometimes, when I hold on an image to begin dragging it, THE STUPID SHORTCUT MENU GETS IN THE WAY. This makes the glass update feel even more terrible. Fix your mistakes. This was never a problem before.

Fatally flawed.
Doesn’t save scans. Doesn’t show where scans would have been saved if it did save scans. No navigation to set a location folder to save scans.
It’s annoying!
I had taken this app of my iPad because every time I clicked on the new section at the bottom of my screen that piles images and files-when I click on it, it stretches out like an accordion and then when I click on a piece of the accordion, the preview thing pops up with the image or document in it. But I have to reinstall it , because now, if I click on an image in my files, for some reason it’s taking me to iMovie, I kid you not!! And you can’t view anything on there other than what you create ON THERE or send there. So I’m putting it back for that reason.

Loss of Good Utility Design
I hate this app’s existence. We lost the ability to swipe and view images on Files.
Why did they add this the phone?
This makes searching so much harder. The scan feature is awesome, but they simply could’ve made a scan app or added it somewhere else.
Why do we need this app?
Ever since Apple introduced this app, it is more cumbersome to view a file or a series of files all of which we were able to do easily before introducing this piece of uselessness.
FILES AND DOCS SUCK
everytime Apple updates these phones they get worse these apps suck no one wanted something like this at all it completely ruined my browsing experience on my files app I can’t even swipe through photos or files anymore it takes me to iMovie ever since I deleted the preview app.
Also can somone tell these god dang clowns to fix the camera app why tf is flash not staying on and why tf is auto brightness completely destroyed on my phone I can’t even see it sometimes bugged tech

i go to mark up something as soon as i touch it crashes
What is my purpose?
This app seems to exist just to make viewing files more difficult than it needs to be. Loved the old stuff hate this badly
Annotations Don’t Save
Doesn’t actually save the annotations. Use something else

this app is so trash how do you keep fumbling the bag!?!? there was already a pdf reader. you didn’t have to do anything and instead you made the experience higher friction, and less elegant. this app accounts for several hundred of the tiny cuts that lead to apple going defunct.
