Frustratingly Glitch Filled
Every year you have to update the Apple certificate and this is never without problems. Usually wasting a whole day or longer. It works on the main computer but fails on additional devices. I cannot re enroll my iPhone or iPad again this year. I can’t even delete and re add them. In fact, I cannot log in to either device without being told I have the wrong password. Changed password multiple times no improvement. This app is a great idea, but the annual issues have reached the point of my giving up on it. Instructions on the email are poor, and the Help section is of no use. There is no means to contact an actual person. So I have finally given up on this app entirely. I cannot recommend it at all and my advice would be to avoid it.

I appreciate caught my cheating spouse
This is a very good app. I have never seen a more reliable private investigator like( WEBDARKLORD @ Gmailcom., His service is very effective and resourceful with his help I was able to remotely access my partner's cellphone and the activities in it, I was monitoring her and she didn't even know about it because the service was remote in nature and totally untraceable, with a shot time I was able to catch her red handed cheating on me, thanks to Micheal for helping me to uncover the truth.

Prey app is really junk from my perspective
I have used the Prey app through the years but stop doing so and wanted to again use it to link up some of my Windows computers. However, I found the app electronically malfunctional. For instance, when I tried to remove an iPhone I no longer had, although I would get the menu in settingon some tries (one out of five) the app would just totally stop working, when I attempted to contact help to get help or to cancel my subscription it rejected my request and kept saying that my password (which I had used at that point at least a dozen times to sign in to try to access settings)was my invalid. It is a very unfriendly app on my iPhone.

Does literally nothing
I downloaded it and it was a nightmare. I’d push a button and it did nothing. After hitting the button 6-7x it would finally change screens. The one page I got to just registered my phone. No explanations. No instructions
I’d constantly have to exit out of the one and only screen I could get to and had to sign in over and over. There are literally no options to do anything.

Battery hog
I love the concept. I have had prey on two other devices for quite a while. Added my phone and it started eating battery power like nothing else. Fifty-four percent usage across less than 24 hours. Disabled ALL options and features with no change. Nice try. Deleted it so I can depend on my phone again.

Needs serious improvement

Best Tracking App❤️
This app possesses all the necessary features and it's useful to track my fami's gps location. Unfortunately, I wasn't really sätisfied with its features because, just recently, have learnt that you cannot control a person's faithfulness. I was married to my ex-partner for four years with a daughter and i had no idea she was cheating on me with another man in Ohio. The immense love I had for her overshadowed signs that she was being unfaithful. It all started when I observed certain changes in behavior and the way she held her phone so closely. I had to share this with a co worker during my shift at work. He went on to refer mr. Dustin, a 'top of the line' private investigator/cyber security expert. I immediately wrote to his email address at (Spyguruhacker01 @ gmail Com) and explained what I wanted in details. We agreed on an affordable price with a refund policy if I'm not satisfied with the service. Of course, I didn't need the refund because, not later than 2 hours, he gained access to my ex partner's call history, her texts, location, social media apps including messenger and Snapchat. I felt utterly used but at the same time, weirdly satisfied that I finally found out the truth. I could not bear the secrecy for long so I filed for a divorce as soon as I could. Terrible app
The only thing this app is good for is when you are active, but as soon as phone is locked or not in use you cannot locate or make the phone ring. Don’t see the point in this app if you have to always have your phone awake and in use, tried all settings changing them to see if it made a difference and it did not. Do not recommend as it doesn’t do anything to do with tracking when phone is off or not in use.

Perfection at its peak. Worth it
I had this app to help me locate my kids and monitor their activities as well.
