Great app
Really like this app, especially with Mr. Idriss Aberkane’s template. It’s really pleasing visually and easy to use while being non linear and giving ample freedom to express ones thoughts. Thank you!!!
Disgusting
The app is disgusting at what it’s supposed to do. They charged me $48 without my consent and upon my request of a refund they were pretty quick with denying the request as I have seen multiple reviews stating the same but ignored and thought should give a chance to something new but I insist to anyone reading this comment please don’t fall for it as I did they are absolute robbers and they won’t even respond to your requests and I believe there is no such thing as customer support by these guys but their denial for refund request will be quick. If the developers are reading this I insist you guys to look into this matter and probably I might be able to edit this review if you guys would make this right,

Not for iPad
I used the remote on the phone version for a presentation, and that was fine. However, an iPad should function like a computer. Unfortunately, the iPad version of the app is no different than the phone, which means it is missing functionality. The iPad app should be redesigned to match the *computer* app, even allowing the phone app to control the presentations, not the phone app.

Impossible to cancel
There’s no way to reach customer support and they refuse to cancel my useless subscription because I no longer have access to the email I used to sign up. They won’t confirm my new email unless I confirm from my old email…Isn’t that missing the entire point of updating?

Misleading Billing – Be Careful When Subscribing
Prezi charged me for a 1-year subscription even though I only opted for a monthly plan. The platform didn’t clearly mention that I’d be billed annually.
Their billing system feels misleading, and customer support has not been helpful in resolving the issue. I’d advise others to be very careful before making any payments on this site.

I was charged around $228 for a plan that completely fell short of what was advertised.
The AI functionality didn’t deliver what it promised, even when I gave it detailed prompts and slide-by-slide instructions, the results were poor and not usable. The user interface and editing experience were clunky, unintuitive, and frustrating to work with.
What made it worse was the lack of customer support. No one reached out to understand why the product didn’t work or to offer help, but they were quick to refuse a refund.
For a platform that markets itself as innovative and AI-powered, the experience was the opposite. I wanted to like Prezi, but it ended up being a waste of money and time. Hopefully, this helps others make a more informed decision before subscribing.
