Can’t pair lock.

Very familiar with pairing items. This app has to be broken. Fresh out the box lock and using iPhone 15. Can’t pair.

Tried multiple ways to connect and it’s not coming up on Bluetooth. Also it would be nice if the instructions came with app function steps

Seems fixed!

I also saw the reviews in which they cannot get their phone to connect so I was a little worried when I got this lock thinking I wasn’t going to be able to use it for the price that I paid. However I had literally no issue connecting the lock to my phone or making an account. I am on iPhone 15 with the latest version of iOS and everything seems to be fixed! I have been able to set up my lock, and use the app successfully!
