App inconsistency
Why is Buffalo Ranch not an option on any of the wing quantities larger than 5? It’s an option (out of alphabetical order) for boneless and bone in quantities of 5. When you increase to larger quantities on both boneless and bone in - buffalo ranch is no longer an option. Have been mentioning this for months. Tried ordering a different sauce and calling location to change but they never did. If I could order what I want, I’d order more often.

Waterfront/delivery
Took an hour for our food by the time it got to us it was super cold and not even good. They had the nerve to ask if i got the order off the porch right away and i have cameras i did. Do not order from there food is trash!!
Soggy Sandwiches
I’m sorry to say that I ordered 2 Of the Pittsburgh sandwiches from the Robinson Store and they put so much slaw on them that the bottom bread was soaked, and all the slaw over powered the rest of the sandwich!!! Also ordered egg on them and didn’t get any? Nothing but a disappointment!!!
Salty!!
I got the cheesesteak bomb tonight and it was super salty. So much that after taking a few bites I could not eat anymore. We eat at the Weirton location at least once a month and I’ve gotten this sandwich at least three times and never had any problems. Definitely my worst experience with Primanti’s.

No ApplePay but offers it
Tried to check out with Apple Pay after being offered the option to check out with Apple Pay, but it says it’s not available after double clicking. The app is fine for ordering your food, but why offer a payment service really don’t offer the payment service. Also this is an Apple app so please offer Apple Pay.

Missing items in my delivery order
Very disappointed! Paid for fries and I didn’t get any fries. Spent $5.00 for no fries.
Disappointing
The app said I had picked up my order when I was still waiting for curbside. After contacting the store a 2nd time, I finally got the food. I tipped for curbside service and felt that money went to waste. The fries were fine. The wings, however, were not well done as instructed (skins were slimy, not crispy, and chicken was very attached to the bone making them hard to eat.) Also, the salad did not have extra cucumbers or spinach as far as we could tell.

Visit Thursday July 3 2025. Johnstown. First we showed our server our coupon buy one get one free classic sandwiches. Our server Emma said great and took our order. Both of us ordered our sandwiches toasted. I gave her my reward code number she said she’d add it to the check. Then I asked her what flavor surfside they had. She told us she was not the person to ask. She was are server who should I ask. I had to ask her to ask some one. Outr sandwiches came and mine was not toasted. No big deal I’ll have them toasted it. But the server argued with me that is was toasted. Finally she took it back. Next she comes back and tells us we can’t use the coupon because one of our sandwiches wasn’t a classic. Why didn’t she tells us that when we ordered our sandwiches And finally when I check my account she didn’t add the rewards. One too many wrongs by the server.

No service
The app said in progress even though it was supposed to be ready at 8:11. I finally went in and inquired about my order at 8:30 and it was just sitting there. She said that it hadn’t been there long but the beer was barely cold and the food was cold. There are a lot of take out restaurants in town. Of the service does not get better it will be time to find a new restaurant. No curbside even though it is advertised. I gave a tip that included curbside service. No tip next time. They are lazy. You need to make your employees do their work.

No what I ordered….but it was good anyway
Got my order wrong, for the 2nd time in a row. But the food I got was good. My order was an online order from the app. Receipt was correct, order was still messed up. Food was still really good.
The Absolute Best
I love Primanti Bros. I’ve been to multiple locations across Pennsylvania (Greensburg, Altoona, Pittsburgh, Johnstown) and I’ve never been disappointed. I primarily go to the Johnstown, PA location. The crew is always fast and efficient. They do a great job.
No curbside
Deplorable! Parked and checked in on app. Waited 15 minutes past promised time for order. Called store but no one answered. Went into store to find no one at host station. Eventually someone came out of the back and I inquired about my order. She checked computer then walked to nearby shelves and grabbed my order. Why wasn’t it brought out I asked. Oh we’re phasing out curbside. I want my money back because food sat there for 15 minutes now I have cold dinners! Food is delicious but rest of system needs work!!!

I’ve tried this place several times and it’s a huge waste of money ! My burger came bloody in middle bfs was suppose to be pink and wasn’t took over an hour to get here ! Not to mention to hard little cold fries ! Like nails sooo cold ! Too expensive for these kind of service ! I won’t be going again ! Learned my lesson

Pizza crust
I ordered the b1g1 free tonight as I have many times before when I received my order the crust was different was not the same pressed. It was terrible. The crust was flimsy. It wasn’t cooked properly. It wasn’t evenly done. The other. The second pizza was like it had sat for hours. They were both cold. Terrible what a big disappointment. They were my favorite. With this new crust, I won’t order it again.
