GET MOBILE DEPOSIT!!!!
They need to get with times and get mobile deposit. I am an out of state customer and it would be a helpful feature. I bank at another bank in addition to Prime that uses the same server as Prime and their app is set up for mobile deposits so I don’t see why one bank has it and Prime doesn’t. The app is way too rinky dink.
What’s even worse is, you can’t view all your past transactions. Once it cycles and the statement period is over, all the previous months and beyond transactions disappear. WTH!!!???
I have never seen an app that is so idiotic. It’s basically a worthless app because it’s so nonfunctional.
Plus you can’t view statements on it either. So it’s not just basically worthless, it IS worthless.

You are correct, minimal transaction history is available on the mobile app, however, our online banking on a mobile browser automatically adjusts to the size of device you are using, making it very easy to retrieve statements and all account history.
