Not the best app at all and no one listens to the users
Major need of an upgrade, like from 2 years ago, still...
Just a really poor glitchy frustrating application. Nearing zero in the usability scale and lacking any sort of intuitive flow.
Customer service is fairly average also but I assume it’s due to a limited knowledge of coding or back end app design.
Currently ever since upgrading to an iPhone 17 pro the app Crashes every time I attempt to upload photos. Thankfully that’s only 97% of the reason I use it.
Thanks to the Prime team for blaming it all on apple though and doing two tenths of sweet FA to actually sort the issue.
Nice one!!
