Love love love
In this day and each where churches don’t have the budget to pay a full band, this is the perfect product to enable worship. I love that I can change the arrangements and the mix for the service I’m having. Sometimes I’m doing more traditional stuff where I have to take out the drums and electric guitars and this just gives me so many options to play the worship service my congregation needs at that moment.

I love the track separation and if there isn’t a track available for a particular song, you can use the loop or percussion from another song that fit! Awesome!

Could be better
Missing basic simple features, preview before adding to setlist is missing, a simple url on the app to the download page for new tracks not available, zero option for support or feedback, no discount for members on track purchase, I guess if you have not used anything else this would look good, so good for beginners I suppose, totally unacceptable for anybody who used anything else before stumbling on this one.

This app and the songs that it uses have revolutionised the worship experience for our worship leaders and congregation at our small church. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

I have learned how much of a singer, I am not… in a good way.
Now, though, Prime has given me the confidence I can learn tempo, keys, etc., and be, if not a singer, then something way better than a “joyful noise” maker.

Very Good app
I’ve been using this app for several years now for my church. It really is a wonderful tool that we depend on. Overall, it’s a dependable app with a few quirks. It’s user friendly for the most part. I’m not a tech genius and even I can use it. I do recommend it.

Indispensable tool!
Drummer, guitar player, bassist, can’t make it? No problem, Prime fills in. Allows for spontaneity and creativity. Helps musicians to play well. Keep as much energy as you want or hone it down to basics.
I wish the solo and mute buttons were bigger cuz sometimes when I want to hit mute I hit solo and that’s a train wreck! I also wish measures were split more. If a chorus starts softly and then builds in the middle, I almost always wish I could preprogram it to repeat the soft part instead of having to hit the section on the fly. Bottom line is: I’M GRATEFUL TO GOD AND U GUYS FOR THIS TECHNOLOGY!!

Game changer
By far one of the best things that have happened to my church worship team, I’m able to create a rehearsal and everybody is on the same because everybody has access to the set list, it’s very intuitive never crashed on me I appreciate you guys.
More flexibility and easy navigation
It’s hard to be flexible with tracks often because the tracks aren’t always cut well for repeating a chorus or adding a soft chorus. It would be nice to be able to adjust things like levels of specific instruments at specific chunks of the chart to make it so we can repeat or add some different parts on. Many songs, you are forced to stay exactly to the track without sounding funky. I would love if they would add “click time” to give my band more time to be ready for when tracks actually start. Or a looping click that goes with the track temp until I tell it to start. And same for the end of the songs. Also teaching people how to navigate to the prime app and the way the cloud works needs to be more streamlined. A lot of steps in general. But the pads are EXCEPTIONAL, and this has been a very user friendly tool as far as directing worship. hope they can make some more improvements in some areas.
