Read the terms about “rollover “

Be careful I deposited 200 to get the free 200 and I won but they wouldn’t let me withdraw until I wagered 1000 in what they call a “rollover “ . I closed my account , I wish I would have know before I wasted my money

App doesn’t work

The app never works, and has trouble picking up your location even on WiFi. I am 20 miles from any other state. They also have some of the worst rollover requirements I have ever seen.

Our CS team is standing by to assist. Bonus abuse is a tough problem to overcome as a sportsbook. While we want to give out bonuses, we also need a way to prevent this type of abuse. The rollover is a way to allow us to distribute bonuses while protecting against abuse.

Rollovers are insane

Would have been up money but instead I have to bet double my deposit and lose money. I will not be using this app again

DO NOT USE THIS APP

This app forces you to put your money at 100% risk due to the fact you have to win double your deposit to be able to withdraw, so for example: you deposit $100, in order to withdraw it, you have to place enough bets to then go over that $100 in order to withdraw it. These people are greedy and lie

Hi DBD, the terms and conditions are clearly stated in the Help Center. We offer a first time deposit offer to everyone who signs up which gives you access to bonus bets immediately after depositing. The rollover requirement prevents bonus abusers from using the bonus and leaving without playing through their cash deposit.

Will free roll you any chance they get

Awful book. If you win on it they will most likely void your bet and say it was an error line and if you lose they will let it ride. Don’t play here. It’s obvious they’re filing for bankruptcy.

Frustrating

App requires constant 2FA. Which is especially tedious here due to it only being 5 digits rather than the universal 6 digits, and is not able to be cut and pasted. Also, since launch passwords are not case sensitive.

Great Service!

Had an issue with a deposit. Used the chat and Kiara worked quickly to resolve the issue and credit the funds to my SportsBook account. She even called me to let me know it had been resolved. Always appreciate great service!
