I clicked a link in an email that looked exactly like my bank. PrimeDefend's Web Shield intervened and showed a warning page. I backed out, checked the URL, and realized it was a phishing attempt. Excellent service!

If I could give it no stars, I would

The moment and I mean the exact moment I downloaded this VPN got a 3 day free trial my Wi-Fi didn’t work.
Then when I deleted it it ended up working again
It hates me and that’s why I’m never gonna get something like this again!

Tunnel Commute

My commute goes through tunnels where signal drops constantly, but the good thing is that PrimeDefend reconnects automatically without me noticing. That was never the case in the other VPNs I tried in the past.

Set Forget Security

I switched from another VPN to PrimeDefend. The Security Center showed my previous VPN had DNS leaks I never knew about, making my IP visible while I thought I was being fully protected. With this one I was able to set it and forget it.
