They teach very misleading information regarding finances and investments. Do not rely on the app nor the groups that represent them. Please never download.
Misleading!!!!
When I started they made it seem like they set appointments for us to then be told after we asked we set them ourselves, after that and some more stuff I decided the job wasn’t for me and requested a refund which they then told me I could not get because I attended the pre licensing class and even though I didn’t schedule an exam or plan to do so they won’t give me my money back, when thats the reason I paid them. This place is a joke please don’t let them sweet talk yall and make everything seem so great its not.

It is beyond frustrating to constantly deal with the continuous loops of logging in and critical functions, like quick quote, nor working.

Lots of Bugs
Every time I log in on the iPhone it makes me verify through email I send the verification email and then it logs in and makes me verify again. This makes the app very frustrating to use. I would not recommend it. You also have to disable private relay to use.

Been doing PRI for 2 years. Throughout these amazing 2 years, I’ve personally developed to a leader, found myself a girlfriend who now I’m doing business as a partnership, feel confident and great about myself, and on track on becoming a Regional Vice President! The company has taken me to Orlando, FL and San Diego, CA for free in their all expense paid trips! I love this company and its environment! Yet people will somehow find this as a scam because of the recruitment part. You don’t have to recruit, but you get to if you want to! I chose to recruit because that’s how I’m able to impact positively on people’s lives and expand to different markets and communities. I also teach them on how to become a leader to lead their team! I love this company and its leadership!

Not with the company still taking money for this app I have no access to anymore
I’ve been having money taken out of my account and if I’m no longer with the company it should not be charging me for use of an app i do not use anymore and I’m very upset
Needs lots of Improvements
This app seems that haven’t changed very much since 2000’s. This app would need a whole completely new redesign so can be reliable on mobile, and tablets. Primerica definitely needs do improvements ASAP! The txt most time does not fit the screen. Please guys look into improving this app.

Needs improvement
Great company!! The app needs a lot of improvement. As a field rep and in a day age where we heavily rely on technology, this app has a long ways to go. More than often, the app crashes or doesn’t work. The two factor authentication now won’t work. When you hit use password, it just sits there spinning and thinking. I’ve removed the app and installed several times. Very frustrating to say the least.
