About

PrimeTime is for door-to-door roofing and field-sales teams. Log the house in front of you, and when a homeowner says yes, book the appointment at that door — name, phone or email, notes for the closer, and a time — even with no signal. BOOK AT THE DOOR Tap Appointment. The door is logged first, then a lead card opens on that house: the homeowner's name, a phone number or email, and notes the closer will read. Pick an open time, choose the closer — you or a teammate — and book. The address comes from the pin. Come Back can set a callback reminder from a short list of times. Work is written to the iPhone first. A dead zone does not cost you the door, the lead, or the appointment. When signal returns, it syncs. Anything that has not reached your team is named on the Prime Time tab, with a way to send it again. CONFIRMATION YOU SEND After you book, Text confirmation opens your own Messages app with the details filled in. Nothing is sent until you tap Send. Add to Calendar uses Apple's event sheet. Local reminders fire an hour before a sit and when it is time to record how it went; they show only the time and the street. CLOSER NOTES AND THE DAY The closer opens the appointment and reads the setter's notes, the street, and — while the sit is scheduled — the phone number and email. Record the outcome, reschedule, or change the closer from the appointment. The Prime Time tab is the agenda. A rep sees what is up next, callbacks due, and today's doors. Managers and admins see today's appointments, sits with no closer yet, and what still needs an outcome. Every lead is in one list. Open Canvass, Next Appointment, or Show Callbacks from the Home Screen or Siri. CANVASS Every home in Texas and Utah is already on the map, drawn from the public parcel record: more than nine million of them, each with its own dot. Tap the one in front of you, pick the outcome, keep walking. Dots stay put, so several reps can work the same street without stacking pins. Switch the base map between standard and satellite. Where the record has no house, long-press and PrimeTime saves one there and looks up the address. Outside the covered states the map says it has nothing rather than inventing houses. FIND THE HOUSE Search an address from the map. A house your company already has opens that door; one it does not have becomes a pin you can name and work. A search that cannot run says so and offers to try again. LOG A DOOR Confirm the address, pick the outcome, keep walking. Five outcomes cover the field set: Not Home, Not Interested, Come Back, Appointment, and DNC. Reopen the house within a couple of minutes and it offers a note. Do Not Knock takes an explicit confirmation and holds for the whole company, not only the phone that recorded it. START A SESSION One tap starts a field session. Doors you log next belong to it. It survives a force-quit. Ending it tells you when it started and how many doors it held. SET UP A COMPANY A new owner finishes setup from More → Finish company setup: name, state, a logo from Photos, one company boundary, and text invites from Messages using Apple's Contacts picker. Owners and managers have a Team screen for roster and roles. A parcel dot is a public position and address. It carries no owner name or phone number. A homeowner's details exist only when a rep types them in with the homeowner's verbal consent, to schedule. They are visible to the rep who set the lead, the company's managers, and the closer, who sees the phone number, email and notes only while the appointment is scheduled and keeps the name after it. Phone number and email are deleted at the company owner's request 24 months after the lead is closed. Location is used only while the app is open, to centre the map on the street you are standing on. It is never read in the background, and your position is never sent to your manager, your team, or your company.

Book the appointment at the door. • Tap Appointment and the door is logged first. A lead card opens on that house: the homeowner's name, a phone number or email, and notes for the closer. Pick an open time, choose the closer — you or a teammate — and book. Work is saved on the iPhone and syncs when you have signal. • Come Back can set a callback reminder from a short list of times (Remind me). • After you book, Add to Calendar uses Apple's event sheet. Text confirmation opens your Messages app with the details filled in. Nothing is sent until you tap Send. • Local reminders an hour before a sit and when it is time to record how it went, showing only the time and the street. iOS asks for notification permission after your first booking; turn them off in More → Notifications. • The Prime Time tab is the agenda. A rep sees up next, callbacks due, and today's doors. Open an appointment to reschedule, change the closer, or record the outcome. The closer reads the setter's notes. • Managers and admins see today's appointments, sits with no closer yet, and what still needs an outcome. • Open Canvass, Next Appointment, and Show Callbacks from the Home Screen or Siri. A homeowner's details are typed by the rep with the homeowner's verbal consent and used only to schedule. A parcel dot still carries no owner name or phone number.
