Unusable app with unfathomably bad English. Won’t let me log in at all. Totally underwhelmed at the lack of competence. The coding from this app is indistinguishable from Neanderthal cave inscriptions
Just bought it
Hi I just ordered it and getting it today, this would be great for me being disabled wheelchair my caregiver could locate me perfectly.
Geofence
Doesn’t work and should be able to have an address input otherwise perfect Fix geofence pls iOS
Progress feature
I don’t like that the progress feature in the history tab is not available anymore. The old app was better
PrimeTracking review
The old app used to work perfectly although the trackers had problems with battery life and correct location. So they started using a new app that only worked when the tracker was stationary. If the tracker moved he would no longer be able to open the app. Although the new trackers did last for well over one week, but the appDid not work at all. There was no support available on weekends or evenings. By the time they will get the app working you would be sleeping. Spent many hours days and weeks trying to get this to work but it did not.

Unreliable
Device stopped updating to app after 4 days. No way to remove a device. Unreliable.
Inventory and carton tracker
With theft and constant loss of inventory we use it to track down our high value cartons that go missing. The geofencing is extremely helpful with getting alerts.
App is horrible
This app doesn’t work at all. Won’t even allow me to log in. If I go to the website I can log in but the app will not allow me to even though my password/user ID is the same. Website needs a lot of work too!
