I want to like it
The game is beautiful and the story line is something I can kinda get behind but I have too much trouble with combat. Most tactical games do have an hp system and this one seems off balance. I have one character taking all the hits beaches got some bizarre mechanics that causes his hp to reset on purpose and he barely takes damage when hit. On the other hand all other characters die in one hit even other melee characters against enemy melee characters and I’m floored by this design. I’m on map 7 and I’ve had a terrible time seeing characters stay alive or be useful besides the strange character that can tank everything. Totally unbalanced gameplay.

Problems fixed
Latest version fixes the iPad Pro 12.9" resolution issue. Game now looks better than before and the user interface is easy to use. Great turn based tactical rpg with plenty of skill choices and items to get. Tapping on most game icons give in depth descriptions. Game saves at any point so great for short play secessions.

Punishingly unsatisfying
Firstly, the awful Japanese to English translations are the best part so far. While this game is a turn based strategy game it is nothing like what I wanted to play. Each encounter seems to give options, but in truth has a very linear strategy that deviating from normally means instant failure. Find a hole, buff up, defend it, then go after the stragglers. If this sounds exciting then donate your money for the English translations alone.
