Extremely glitchy
I don’t mind Princess Polly as a brand, but this app isn’t very good. It’s extremely laggy and slow. SUPER glitchy, I checked the other apps on my phone to ensure it wasn’t just my connection and everything else runs smoothly so hopefully they fix this bug soon as it makes it really hard to shop

I love PP but this app is a nightmare. It is so incredibly laggy and heats up my phone for no reason. Please fix this because it takes the joy out of online shopping

The previous app worked far better than the current version. Whatever has been changed in the latest update needs to reversed. It has made the app slow, buggy and hard to use. All my wishlists disappeared with the new version and everytime I make one now they completely disappear in the middle of adding to them. Make that make sense.
I love princess Polly but the apps new buggy update has made it unbearable to use and takes away the enjoyment of online shopping.

Terrible experience with Princess Polly. They messed up my order not once but twice, and I ended up paying for packaging even though they claim returns are “free.” The error was completely on their end, yet they showed no apology or responsibility. On top of that, the material is cheap and nowhere near worth the high price. Their customer service is unprofessional and has no idea what they’re doing. Definitely not shopping here again.

Wishlist Feature Doesn’t Work
Unfortunately, the wishlist feature is a major letdown. I can’t add items to or even view my Wishlist, which is really frustrating. Princess Polly needs to update the app so customers can easily save and access their favorite pieces.

Can’t use Wishlist
App is good for browsing but there are some key issues that make the usability of this app really poor.
1. Can’t use the Wishlist feature!! I can’t load the tab, nor can I add anything to my Wishlist - I can only add it to my bag, so that’s what I’ve been doing lately to save the items I want to revisit later
2. Some links are broken, which makes it hard to search for some items
Please get these working because I usually shop on my phone, and it’s much easier to scroll on an app rather than chrome or safari!

can’t add anything to favourites/wish list
i tap the heart. it comes up with the sizing, i choose the size and tap save but it’s like it’s not even registering that i tapped save.

They got plenty of options however website doesn’t show accurate measurement information. It’s really hit or miss. It would be nice if there was actually measurement of clothing
