Childcare Reservation Crashes App
Please fix the childcare reservation tab. Once a future date is selected, the app crashes.
Not good
This app is annoying. I can only make payments randomly because the app rejects processing it. I can’t delete old credit cards. These issues need to be fixed very inconvenient.
Everything needed
I pretty much exclusively use the app to check in and have never had any issues! I love being able to see and sign up for available classes. Would love an option to view massage availability in the future.
Payment methods and profiles
Unable to delete other old payment methods. It tells me I am not authorized to delete any payment method when it’s my account. Also when checking a family of 6, I have to switch to individual profiles for my children when it should be as easy as seeing them under my account. This is a pain when I’m checking in at the gym, front desk used to just help click on the pc so there’s not a long line because it takes 3-4 minutes to check my family in. Front desk now won’t do it and demands to be checked in manually or write their name on a roster. Like really? Be more efficient Princeton!

Childcare doesn’t work
Childcare portion of the app does not work. Selecting childcare immediately closes the app.
Glitches and kicked out repeatedly
Every time we press the childcare tab the app glitches and shuts down.
Logged in fine
I was able to log in without issue. If you are new you must verify yourself by clicking the link in your welcome email.
The App has been useless! You can’t sign up for classes, the update did NOTHING! Please fix it!
