Doesn’t work.
Worked great at first and then the app never connected to the printer at all. The printer was not dropped or damaged at all and the app will not connect to it no matter what I do.

Use. I was told its bc I’m using a iphone but the app itself is just so inefficient. It shuts down, it puts your most recent photos all the way at the end so you need to search, it wont print certain pictures and now im experiencing communication issues all day. Im so frustrated, I wish there was an alternative bc I like the printer but the app is the pits!!!!

Terrible product
This is the second time I use the printer. Photo is very blurry. Updated the software, unplugged the power, restarted it, tried everything I can and no improve at all. Do NOT buy.
Worst app I’ve ever experienced.
This product is trash. Every time I open the app there is a new problem so this is useless. I’ve been trying to print a single photo for over an hour now. I’ve deleted and redowloaded the app 5 times now and each time I re-do it, there’s a different issue than before. First it would freeze/glitch and I couldn’t select any photos, now I literally cannot get the app to connect to the printer even though it’s connected. I’m buying a photo name brand product and tossing this ASAP.

Got it to work with new iPhones make sure...
Make sure you go to settings and photos and the printer has access to all photos.
New IPhones
This WAS a nice little photo printer. However, since I have the iPhone 11 it will no longer work.
This was not a cheap purchase, plus the purchase of all the photo paper. They need and update for the printer, or how about a refund!!!

Collage feature totally frustrating
Just spent an hour trying to create a collage which should be a fairly straightforward process. This app consistently makes the picture slanted, in some effort to be artistic I guess, cuts off peoples heads, drops projects you’re working on for no reason. It really is a horrible program.
This App does not work on iPhone XR.
Apparently, this App needs to be updated to work with the current IOS update. Which means I can’t use this printer with my phone, the very reason I purchased the printer. This is ridiculous. Is anyone keeping up with updating this App when necessary? A useless App! Fix it! No stars if it doesn’t work.

Bought the printer and used it twice. Then upgraded my phone and now it just crashes. Apparently they do not care about the ratings they are receiving

OMG. I have just spent the last 2 hours trying to get this thing to work . It crashes. It doesn’t recognize photos. It was a complete waste of money. I have a newer iPhone and maybe that is the problem . Don’t know and don’t care . Shame on the manufacturer.
App keeps crashing
Not compatible with iOS 13. It used to work great but now it crashes every time you hit print. I recently purchased a bunch of paper/cartridges and now I’m not able to use the printer 😕. Please update the app so that it will work with iOS 13!
Used to love this app😞
I used to absolutely love this app. I have used it for a couple years now and it’s worked great everytime. I even used it a couple months ago and it worked fine but for some reason now everytime I hit print it crashes. I am trying to print out a photo of my dad and I as a Christmas gift but everytime I try it crashes. I even deleted and redownloaded it and it still didn’t work. Please fix this I am very sad that I can’t finish my Christmas gift and have now lost a printer I absolutely loved.

Doesn’t Work With IOS 13
Worked great - before. Printed 100’s of photos and just bought $100 worth of paper/cartridges and find I can’t print anymore. Hiti- PLEASE UPDATE YOUR IOS APP TO RUN ON IOS 13. Cannot print now. As soon as you hit the print button, app crashes. And really, you need to supply a driver so that a person could print from their computer too.

App needs update
App needs to be updated and made compatible with iOS 13 all the app does is crash anytime/every time I hit the print button. It’s getting both really annoying and ridiculous!!!! Fix it now!

Used to work great, now just crashes.
We are working from 3 iPhones. Two iPhone XR s the app just closes when try to print. My wife’s iPhone 6 works great. Just realized her phone didn’t upgrade to IOS 13. So, must be the IOS update that crashed it. Too bad a software glitch turns a very nice printer into a paperweight! 😖
Just did another test on an old phone that did not upgrade to IOS 13, and it works great, so the issue is the new IOS. They need to update this software to make it work. In the meantime if you have an old phone that still has IOS 12 or older, you can AirDrop pictures to it to print.

App has a bug. Unable to get support
I’m trying to print pictures and the app keeps force closing itself out. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading and no luck. Tried turning off and turning back on and no luck. Tried to go to the support page to leave a comment but they only have a faq section. That does not help.
