Perfect for archiving my entire annual Calendar!
I can’t believe it took me so long to discover this app! It saves everything in iPhone Calendar to a PDF.
I use Calendar to journal activities/items, and at the end of the year I want to save it to a searchable PDF. This way I can go back and find specific things if I need to.
This used to be rather straightforward. But with each “upgrade” it’s become increasingly difficult. I use Calendar on my iPhone, never on my MacBook. I do not use iCloud. I do not sync or share Calendar. This app is exactly what I’ve been looking for!
The only tweak needed to give it five stars would be to clean up the page breaks so that lines aren’t split. This only happens with Event Notes, but those are my “diary,” so kind of important.

Failure after many months
I have spoken to several representatives to get my iPhone calendar, month view, ad nauseam. It just won’t work. I can only get a daily schedule to print. Have confirmed that printer test works. Printer is connected. Never can get the view printed I want.
Works as Advertised
This app does a great job printing events from 1 or multiple calendars. Things I would like to see: (1) Vertical align times (when including notes, time is center aligned in the cell). (2) Allow user to print just the first 2 or 3 lines of notes (sometimes a few lines provide good information but the whole note may have much more than is desired for a print out). (3) Allow the user to remove the text that specifies the timeframe just above the event list because the dates are already included at the top. (4) allow the user to display timezone in the display which is very helpful for people who travel across timezones. (5) provide an option to remove shading from the day headers - the display could look cleaner and use less ink by using a bold unshaded header maybe 1 font size larger than the detail text.

Failure to Print
I no longer have the option of printing the calendar i.e. the name of this app!
I have an iPhone 13 so this should not be the reason. It searches for air printers but cannot find any and I have not changed my printer.
How can I get help with this??

Just what I needed
A printed calendar is really handy, even in this digital age. This app prints your calendar very neatly.
Issues with formatting
Recently when I print on my iPhone the formatting is off - the font is too tiny. I loved how it use to print. The font size was perfect.
Bugs
Now when I add a new event to my calendar it is not appearing I can add twice twice and it doesn’t appear there’s something seriously wrong and I’m really mad!!!!
Great Calendar Printer App!
This app worked great! Easy to use and worked first time with no issues. I downloaded a different app that cost $2.99 and nothing. I couldn’t get it to work with my printer. I tried several times changing the configuration and nothing. What a waste of money and time. This app works perfectly and it’s free! Don’t waste your time. Download this app!

Awesome Life Changing!
So excited to see this app! Finally a remedy for the awful viewing image options in iPhone calendar- we can finally print it out or even send it to someone via text or email!!! As someone with ADHD and trouble viewing small print, this is a game changer for me in staying organized!
Prints your daily appointments perfectly
This app does exactly what I need it for! Prints out a page showing all my appts for the day. I can choose whether to include location, notes, etc. Perfect little app - thank you! 👍🏻
Exactly what I wanted
I am taking a 10 day trip to Europe. All of my Hotels, flights, buses and trains information is in Calendar events. This great App made it so easy to print and email the whole 10 trip. Outstanding. Thank You.
Love it , but
Sometimes it adds events that are not in my Apple calendar and I do not use ant other calendars. “Happy Hour with Gloria”. Where did that come from???
Exactly what I was looking for
For the past five or so years I’ve been searching for a solution to print out a list of all my calendar entries for the past 20 years and this did the job!
Knocked my socks off!
I’ve been hunting forEVER for an easy SIMPLE manner to print my calendar from my iPhone X/iPad (running iOS 13.1.3) and BOOM! This app is so simple it’s almost too good to be true! As a busy professional, mom, and person with tons of other peoples schedules to keep on top of I needed to be able to print a master weekly calendar so everyone could quickly reference it whenever they needed to without pestering me! With kids who don’t yet have phones (thus not sharing calendar!) and elderly parents appointments I needed to remember it is mission critical that I not forget!!!
Now I can add things to my calendar as they come in and once a week print out the upcoming week and post it and everyone is on time and where they need to be without fail!!! This is an app I’d totally pay for 100%!!!

Does exactly what I expected it to do.
Only question is: why doesn’t calendar app itself have a print feature?
An outstanding app!
I found this app quite by accident trying to figure out how to print my ZOHO calendar. Not only does it sync with ZOHO, it somehow learns about my travel plans, from email no doubt, and posts those trips and hotel stays to the calendar along with flight numbers, confirmation numbers, etc. Yeah, I wish I could get a landscape view with the traditional blocks so I could easily see those days where I have nothing scheduled. Even so this is a 5 star app!

Not really a calendar printer
This is really more of a day planner printer. You cannot configure it to print a monthly calendar.
Won’t print monthly view.
Even though there is a button for a monthly review, cannot get it to print anything other than a list, And does not print days for which there are no events or notes. Complete waste of time.

Wish I could get a landscape layout.
