I have been using the print master for several years and I have two or three styles. This little gadget has made my entire home much easier to organize and navigate. With Kids and grandkid and tons of projects, the best thing you can do is label everything. Once you learn the specs for the labels and find a good vendor to purchase your labels, and I highly recommend Amazon, you’re on your way to taking control of your life.

Horrible app does not work!
So far this app has done nothing but bounce up and down and not allow me to do anything! I have very good Wi-Fi but this app just doesn’t work! I guess I will send the printer back because you can’t use it without an app :(
Great little printer!
I’m loving this little Phomemo printer! It’s great for labeling jams, jelly, salsa and the hot sauce my husband makes. So versatile and great choice of icons. If you can’t find what you want there is an option for AI to create it for you! How awesome Is that?! Light weight, portable and takes several different styles of labels. Best of all…no ink to purchase 😬🥰

Spyware
Not only did I have to buy the printer, but to do anything but standard labels they want you to pay more for a subscription… and to top it all off, my security software is alerting me to unsafe websites when I try to use the software!!! Beware and don’t buy the printer OR software.
Scam
Had I known that I need to subscribe to the app ($49/year) in order to use the printer, I would not have purchased it.
Amazing app
I can print many different labels with pattern in one second
Works great.
Works great for all my uses, the only thing I’d like to see is the ability to turn off snapping, when trying to align something like a barcode with text, you need the text to be slightly lower in order to line up, which is not possible at the moment, but generally love the app and the printer.
Lots of bugs
Software update keeps getting worse without addressing basic printing issues. Waste lots of tapes each upgrade

After two years of using this, the app turned into nonstop paywall
I can’t use this app anymore without nonstop, paywall and ads when I first got it. It was great now I can’t even use my regular saved labels without them being turned into pay to use. I can’t wait to find a different label maker. I refuse to buy something and then I have to pay to use it. It’s double dipping. And it’s predatory.

Between App and Printer
I don’t know where the problem lies. But when I print anything it feeds 5 more blank labels after the printed one. It’s ridiculous and wasteful.

When I purchased this I could print basic labels for free. Now I must pay for any labels. A bait and switch if I ever saw one!

STRUGGLING
I bought this about a month ago wanting to use it to print off labels for freezer goods. ( please note, these labels stop sticking at freezer temperatures) I struggled to type in the text and occasionally it would let me type in the text box. I cannot find a software instruction manual at all, Youtube videos made it seem to be so simple to operate. All I want is a plain text label, I select text, a box opens up with text in it saying"Double Click to edit" - double click, single click, nothing works now - do I have to pay a subscription to get this thing to work at a basic level. Even the help page where I tried to request help just sits there with circles going round . . . hence me typing this review now hoping that phomemo will respond. I am using an ipad pro - if that makes any difference.
