Can no longer use app
After using this app for months I suddenly find I can no longer use it at all after 3 days unless I want to pay what totals £520 a year!!! Now have a defunct printer so 5 down to 1 star for this!!😤
Changed to subscription model
We purchased this printer partly because the app was free and we did not need to pay a monthly subscription. Now they have changed the app and we either need to delete dozens of sticker designs / templates we have made or pay a monthly fee to keep them.
Poor business practice to do a bait and switch! Avoid this app - find another printer from a more reputable company instead.

CONVERTED TO A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I don’t even wanna take the time to even go into details and the company that makes this is absolutely horrible. I used to use this device all the time to print out labels and now I can’t even print out a label without clicking through 1 million subscription things I will be throwing this whole thing out. Steer clear!!!

Pro vs free
I left a negative review and now I can not find it ??
I clicked on the help very fast and clear help and two short vidios and bam still using free mod and going to order 300 more labels I used the pro free version it was nice but all we really need are clean simple labels thank and I would buy again and recommend 👍

Money hungry
I bought my little machine like 6 years ago. All the cute features were free. Now these people want to charge for little designs that apparently required hard work “to maintain” when it didn’t before. Yall are some money hungry, low rent, heifers, who should be ashamed.

This is scam because before you can print they want you to pay for subscription..they will not allow you to print but instead pay for subscription it shoud have free print ..it sucks
Great label maker
This little LabelMaker is a very handy tool. It can make labels for pretty much anything you need whether it be personal or business. You can download all sorts of cute little icons to go on your labels to decorate them and not make them so plain!
Love this but needs improvement
I use this for my small business, great options and I love the AI picture! My only issue is I print labels and some don’t print perfectly and I need to alter the printing the vertical and horizontal and I wish it would save it when I save the label. But it save it for every print which makes me loose money because I end up reprinting until I figure out the sweet spot. If I’m paying VIP this should be a given!

Best label maker for my juice bottles, I’ve had no problem what so ever using this machine. I’ve had this label maker for 2 years and I’m very happy with this easy use of this machine.

Too many clicks between labels. I takes 8 clicks after inputting one label to printing out the next one.
Powerful!
Software is really powerful. It gives you control over so many parameters, such as font, size, line width, text alignment, etc. You can even print out photographs on the label. I love this product.
App is way too complicated
you guys did an update a while back that made the app way more complicated and it takes so many more clicks to print a label. It’s comical. When I’m in my kitchen and want to quickly print something I don’t want to make 10-15 clicks for one label. Have your ui/ux team try to make this app simpler please!!

They say it supposed to support excel, good luck getting it to work
There’s no documentation or tutorials on using the excel feature. The only information I have found says to “open excel spreadsheet with print master”. How? There’s no instructions on how to open excel spreadsheet with print master. There’s no file menu, or any menu. Drag doesn’t work. Support is nonexistent. Cheap printers mean cheap software. To bad.

Makes life better
I have been using the print master for several years and I have two or three styles. This little gadget has made my entire home much easier to organize and navigate. With Kids and grandkid and tons of projects, the best thing you can do is label everything. Once you learn the specs for the labels and find a good vendor to purchase your labels, and I highly recommend Amazon, you’re on your way to taking control of your life.

Horrible app does not work!
So far this app has done nothing but bounce up and down and not allow me to do anything! I have very good Wi-Fi but this app just doesn’t work! I guess I will send the printer back because you can’t use it without an app :(
Great little printer!
I’m loving this little Phomemo printer! It’s great for labeling jams, jelly, salsa and the hot sauce my husband makes. So versatile and great choice of icons. If you can’t find what you want there is an option for AI to create it for you! How awesome Is that?! Light weight, portable and takes several different styles of labels. Best of all…no ink to purchase 😬🥰

Spyware
Not only did I have to buy the printer, but to do anything but standard labels they want you to pay more for a subscription… and to top it all off, my security software is alerting me to unsafe websites when I try to use the software!!! Beware and don’t buy the printer OR software.
Scam
Had I known that I need to subscribe to the app ($49/year) in order to use the printer, I would not have purchased it.
