All my saved templates have gone! Why do u want people to subscribe to save their templates? WHY?

Subscribe or die
I have used this product for about 5 years now, it was a great product but now in order to save what you have been working with and using for so long you must subscribe or everything is deleted. That is the position I am now in. I can no longer recommend this product and will be looking for another product that doesn’t want to gouge its customers constantly. What a complete disappointment.

Ridiculous that they’re now charging a monthly subscription to be able to keep your designs. You can only keep 10 now!!! I’ve been using print master for 2 years and loved it but now I will definitely look for another brand, because I already bought your machine and buy your labels, and now also have to pay extra monthly just to be able to PRINT?!?

Don’t waste your money
Hounded for subscription as soon as you download, and constantly after than.
Supposedly free to use yet they trick you into needing a cloud subscription to make any use of a printer you paid for. You can no longer save any files locally.
Last upgrade wiped out over 100 saved files as now they say you have to have a cloud subscription.
Even though you should be able to save files locally on phone.
Total cash grab. I’ve spent a fortune on hardware and genuine print media and now they want me to pay a subscription just to save files.
Avoid like the plague

Good printer, dodgy app
I love the printer itelf, but this app is pretty dodgy. Very few of the fonts, stickers, etc., are actually available without upgrading to the paid version, which is annoying but I can live with that. What really concerns me is that every time I open the app, I get an alert from my phone/internet provider that they have blocked an unsafe site for my protection.

Does not work without a subscription
I bought this label maker and it seems to force you to buy a monthly or yearly plan. I will be returning it.
Tons of ads and subscription prompts
Every update they remove more features and move it to their paid subscription. I paid for the printer and labels, I don't want a monthly subscription for the most basic features! And so many popup ads you have to click away just to print one label, very annoying.

Not reliable for business use
Randomly just deleted all my templates I use for printing labels for my business

Deleted hundreds of my templates I use everyday. Made me pay $40 subscription and still have not restored my templates. I may never get them back at this point.

Love this little device, been using it for almost a year now. Only had to buy refill paper.
Now it’s $30/year for basic functionality
I loved my D30 printer and the companion app, but now you must pay $30/year just to keep your old labels you designed. Recent they instituted max 10 “templates” (old labels) due to “space limit”. The space to store each template is minimal and there is plenty of space on your phone, so it can only be described as an annual tax for owning this printer. You used to be able to add your own graphics to a label, now you have to pay. Shameful. Do not pay, just delete it and find a better printer

I do like this unit. It is a bit small. I like how quick it is to use. If you have experience in using these printers then it would be a breeze for experienced ppl. I need to learn more about it for more ease of making stickers and doing it easily.
Great little printer
This is a great little printer, fast and dependable. I wish the text was sharper with good and crisp black. The AI image builder has a limit, then they charge for additional use. That's one thing that will make me stop using the AI tool.
All in all, it's one of the better little printers.
