Loaded a picture, it shows the result then the rendering disappears?? Not in history or anywhere to be found. Have to use 10 more credits to redo?

I have multiple screenshots showing I have 182 credits, yet every time I hit generate, it says insufficient funds.

I heard that you can 3-d print the Dummy 13 and when I searched for the dummy 13 it said nothing
can’t test it and the name is misleading
looks unrelated to the well known printables website. app is non functioning without paying so no way to test it.
