Not happy not easy to set up. What happened to plug n play! I do lot want to subscribe to a plan. I just want to print!

Outrageous
I purchased my printer a couple of years ago and have had no issues until now. I changed wireless modems & became disconnected from the network. I reset the printer to reconnect to my internet only to be required to now pay monthly for the privilege of using it?? Outrageous. I will never again purchase an HP branded printer after 25 yrs of buying only HP. Shameful ripoff of customers

App sucks
Appendices and so does the printer when you have to use WiFi. I have to keep unplugging my printer because it won’t just print when I hit the print button. Waste of money!

It doesn’t work
It had me pay for this, and it does not work. It does not connect. It does not print anything out.

App is horrible. To even use any features you have to pay right away a subscription. There is a free trial option for 3 days but still they will charge you 12.99 for the weekly plan. I couldn’t even connect to my printer without having to pay the subscription.

Not a good app. Kept searching for the printer even AFTER I refreshed a few times. My laptop picked the printer up right away. I’m still waiting for the app to pick it up!

At $9.99 per week with no service leaves me outraged! At $40.00 per month with no service leaves me outraged and seeking a fair refund!!

Never connects! Need to buy a subscription to use now! Must download photos in app. No simplicity. What happened to being able to just click the print button on my photo? Downgraded the item then started charging for it!

Krankheiten sucht sich ein Mensch nicht aus aber den Hersteller leider schon.
Wenn ich ein Gerät kaufe erwarte ich nicht irgendwelche Monatliche oder jährliche Zahlungen für eine Leistung die schon im Gerät enthalten sind wie scannen. Nie wieder werde ich vom diesem Hersteller was kaufen.das sollte fon der Eu-Kommission verboten werden.
