This is a scam. Does not allow for option purchase less than annual then will not refund. SCAM FRAUD. Do not purchase. You can do what it offers with your phone.

Having Ink problems

Not being able use printer for couple months, the ink isn’t working in each colour. Black comes out in type of random bits, totally unreadable, blue comes out in some parts. As ink was brand new when printer was purchased, can you help with any information about how to fix problems. Thank you. H Oliver.

Hey, I just downloaded the app and open it, didn’t touch or even have any option then direct auto scan my face to do subscribe!! I not even saw the interface!! How could this be!!

NOT CANNON - cash grab app

How they can display the cannon logo on the app store is beyond me but this is not the cannon app, its a $13/week cash grab subscription app for simple print features you can get for free. Download Cannon Print instead.

Poor customer service

Beware: they advertise that the one time fee is $69.99 but when you purchase it, you're charged $99.99. They won't refund you.

Not happy - but thankful Apple did the right thing

Listen, I made a mistake! I was in the zone, stressed to get my new printer set-up! Thought this App was the official HP Smart App! It wasn’t! And to download the app I had to pay £49.99! I actually thought they just needed my credit card detail for any subsequent purchases! Nope, wrong, instant 12 month sign up! I feel duped, and foolish too. Thanking Apple who did the right thing and refunded me. Shame this type of practice is allowed on their platform?

Hello, so I’m new to this app of course. And I didn’t even know that this app existed! (Well I had to search it up on google of course because I was having some difficulties, but anyways) Before I had this app, I was so angry that I couldn’t connect my device to my printer, and it almost gave me a headache! So of course, I searched up what app to help me print things for something, and it said “Epson iPrint” cause that’s the printer I have. Besides the point, I got the app. It told me what to do clearly, and I did what it told me to do! So I went on and oh my goodness, everything turned out so perfectly! Though I had some difficulties because I had ran out of ink! But no worries it still worked! In a blink of an eye too! (And by the way, it’s not only for the printer “Epson”, it’s for other printers as well!). I highly recommend getting this app if you’re having difficulties connecting your device with your printer as well!
